I saw this a few days ago, and I'm surprised the a.s.s crowd hasn't found it.
I guess the point is that a woman never sues a guy if she likes him? I really think guys should never hit on women or even flirt at work, though. It is a real pain to deal with. Even just having to tell someone "no, please don't act like this" is more trouble than someone should have to deal with at work.
If you are socially aware, though I guess aspies would suck at this and your rule would be fine, a woman wouldn't really ever have to explicitly say "no, please don't act like this". Just the way she looks at you would be enough to tell whether or not you have a shot.
